As a Workers Compensation - Senior Claims Adjuster, you’ll handle the most challenging cases with confidence and care. You’ll investigate, evaluate, and reputed company claims while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. How you'll reputed company an impactIn this role, you’ll:

  • Investigate and resolve reputed company claims with high exposure, using your expertise to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
  • Communicate clear action plans to move cases toward resolution.

  • Collaborate with clients, carriers, and brokers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Recognize opportunities for excess insurance recoveries and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
About YouHere’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • A high school diploma and at least 5 years of workers comp claims experience.
  • Licenses and certification in Arkansas where claims are handled, or the ability to obtain them.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues.
  • The ability to explain reputed company issues reputed company, whether over the phone or in presentations.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
