Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Engineer to join reputed company in India. As a key member of our local customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing after-sales service for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and installing equipment in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with arenaflex standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the installation of arenaflex diagnostic imaging equipment reputed company a designated product reputed company at customer sites
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Care Center (regional and headquarter level) to carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates of designated product modalities under supervision
- Attend service training courses and work towards completion of arenaflex Professional Certificate to build competence in providing technical assistance and support to customers
- Escalate situations reputed company customer satisfaction is compromised and ensure contractual obligations are met

Qualification and Experience Requirements
* Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Science-reputed company major

- Ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field
