As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:- Talking with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
- Documenting the delivery reputed company of a package into our tracking system.
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
- Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Troubleshooting, researching, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.

- Availability to work a variety of work shifts.
