The Role:

Responsibilities:

* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from clients

• Assisting clients with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and E-reputed company platform
• Collaborating with clients to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company personalized solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and providing regular updates to management
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
