Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications
