Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills, including operating a computer, using a mouse, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
- Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing online forms
- Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment
- Possession of a pharmacy technician certification or registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
- Advanced keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing reports
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
