Key Responsibilities:

- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to being responsible for timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding Cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that reputed company customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of airport operations.
- Participating in safety-conscious behaviors and adhering to reputed company operational processes and procedures.
Work Environment and Schedule:
As a reputed company Agent (Customer Service Agent) - DCA, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on ensuring the safe and timely transportation of cargo and baggage. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority.

What You Need to Succeed:
