Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering data into a suitable system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.

• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
