Job Summary

As a Level 1 Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer chats, troubleshooting internet and connectivity issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, manage tickets, and escalate reputed company issues to higher-level support. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Essential Qualifications

+ 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center. + Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, reputed company CRM). + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Employment Details
