Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from card members in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing information about products and services, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
- Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including customer satisfaction and reputed company resolution rates
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Staying updated on company policies and procedures, including product and service offerings
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
