Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our cutting-edge online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote position, and we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and reputed company to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals
• Utilize online platforms and tools to streamline document filing and processing
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and quality control

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
