Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries reputed company to medical insurance. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries reputed company to medical insurance
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
- Accurately documenting call content in reputed company-time
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
As a valued member of reputed company, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Pay: $16.20/hr

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies
