Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help them reputed company understand their coverage and options.
- Take inbound calls and respond to a variety of client and member inquiries, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific client types.
- Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.

Pay and Benefits

Required Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in reputed company-based applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
