Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & E-reputed company Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading our Customer Service and E-reputed company programs, ensuring seamless checkout experiences, and driving operational reputed company in our stores. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences and holding reputed company Team Members accountable for delivering exceptional customer service
- Establishing clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders
- Monitoring in-store and online customer reputed company, assigning customer service-reputed company and online order completion tasks, and balancing the needs of reputed company customers
- Seeking awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends
- Ensuring an effective and efficient response to customer questions, requests, and/or concerns
- Supporting collaborative and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, e.g., reputed company delivery drivers
- Fostering and encouraging a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale
- Maintaining Team Member safety and reputed company standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
- Developing, coaching, mentoring, and motivating Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performing Team and minimizes turnover

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a standing position for long periods
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
As a Customer Service & E-reputed company Supervisor, you'll be required to:
- Lift 50 lbs.

- Use single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling

Compensation and Benefits
