As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing exceptional service to our members. You will be the expert in navigating the challenging world of insurance, using established best practices, attending ongoing training, and utilizing resources and tools to serve as a member reputed company and build trust in our abilities.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Research customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.
  • Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length.

Preferred Qualifications

The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:

  • Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus.
