Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work in our state-of-the-art Bluefield facility, where you'll have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in our wireless products and services. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be responsible for resolving issues, promoting our services, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Establish long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and reputed company resolution
- Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans

- Accurately respond to customers' questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation

Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits
