Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, adhering to reputed company operational processes and procedures.
Work Environment and Schedule
As a reputed company Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority. Our stations are unique, with individual flight schedules, so you'll need to be flexible and adaptable.

What You Need to Succeed
To be a successful reputed company Agent, you'll need:
