Job Responsibilities:

As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaboration with technical teams: Work closely with software technicians, technical support, and developers to resolve technical issues, reputed company knowledge, and improve our products and services.
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Analyze technical logs, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions to resolve technical problems encountered during 24/7 client support projects.
