Job Summary

As a Part Time Remote Customer Support Specialist - arenaflex Marketplace, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with their online orders, product inquiries, and other issues. You will work closely with our Marketplace Manager - Email and the Processing Department team to resolve customer concerns, reputed company solutions, and ensure customer retention. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company email, phone, and other channels, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns.

  • Prevent customer returns and ensure customer retention by negotiating reasonable solutions that benefit both the company and the customer.

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus.

Internet Connectivity Guidelines
