Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)

Location: Fully Remote

Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for reputed company stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the medical field reputed company of a clinical setting, with the flexibility of a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

* Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and reputed company.

• Use active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively.
