Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, communicating directly with customers, consumers, and respondents to ensure a seamless verification process. You'll be responsible for resolving a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, while delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing clear, actionable solutions to customers. Responsibilities

* Independently resolve a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and reputed company clear, actionable solutions to customers.
  • Conduct proactive customer reputed company initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, reputed company the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable high-speed internet reputed company required.

Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment.

Compensation

Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $17 - $19 per hour, with final offer amounts determined by multiple factors, including candidate expertise.
