Job Summary

You'll be responsible for resolving a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, while delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing clear, actionable solutions to customers. Responsibilities
* Independently resolve a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and reputed company clear, actionable solutions to customers.

Compensation
