Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Making reputed company, problem-solving, and upholding an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- A designated workspace and reliable internet reputed company to work from home
- The ability to pass a background reputed company
- Extensive experience with reputed company Office or G-Suite
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
