Key Responsibilities:

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
  • reputed company product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers, using knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and activities staff, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using CRM software to track and analyze customer data
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; online business part administration specialist certification a plus

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer populations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and find creative solutions
  • Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and reputed company Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
