We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 call center facility, working from the comfort of their own home. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Categorize calls and resolve issues according to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments
- Utilize excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, patience, and courtesy, to build strong relationships with customers
- Work effectively in a virtual team environment, collaborating with colleagues to reputed company shared goals
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of prior experience in customer service, call center technology, or a reputed company field
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office
