Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from home in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications to our specialty patients. Your skills and knowledge will help resolve patients' questions and concerns, providing reputed company and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume calls from patients, resolving prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage issues

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

Required Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in reputed company, reputed company, or another application
- Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL

Preferred Qualifications
