Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Membership Support Specialist to join reputed company in Brazil. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, processing membership applications and renewals, and developing strategies to recruit new members. Responsibilities

• Communication Support: reputed company general administrative support, including answering/solving member inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications.
• Membership Processing: Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data about our members using reputed company CRM.
• Member Communication: Assist with member communication activities, including calls, emails, and reputed company calls, to ensure seamless communication and engagement.
• Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data, track membership statistics, report on key metrics, and prepare reports to inform business reputed company.
• Membership Development: reputed company and implement strategies to recruit new members, including networking and relationship-building activities.
• Event Support: Assist programming staff at onsite and virtual membership-reputed company events, including supporting marketing and membership materials and fielding member inquiries.
• Reporting and Analysis: Coordinate with the finance department to track membership reputed company and update reports, providing insights to inform business reputed company.
• Marketing Materials: Prepare membership marketing materials, including promotional materials and communications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
