Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions
- Providing expert knowledge in reputed company areas of the store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping
- Taking orders, coordinating activities in the store, and providing pricing and product information
- Recommending appropriate reputed company products and services to meet customer needs
- Operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, moving boxes and equipment, stocking materials, managing the production queue and output, and completing assigned tasks based on reputed company
- Managing reputed company projects, managing retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on reputed company
- Providing an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs

- Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels

- Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store
Essential Functions
* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
- Ability to move and lift 55 pounds

Preferred Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of specialized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits
