We need an English-fluent Art Director, based in Brazil, available to work remotely.We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader, creative mind, and project manager in one.
• Drive creative process from conceptual thinking through to execution to reputed company experience-driven, connected shopper marketing solutions.
• Ensure the team delivers creative reputed company through structured guidance, mentorship, and inspiration; take reputed company role in infusing team with digital and shopper knowledge through ongoing training.

Requirements

• 8+ years of agency and/or design experience, brand, trade or shopper marketing is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in product design, graphic design, or reputed company field.
• Portfolio of prior professional work.
• Shopper experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of CPG shopper marketing.
• Team leadership experience preferred.
• Creative strategy and copywriting experience strongly preferred.
• Elevated understanding of the retail trade environment, including omnichannel and physical/digital retail integrations.
• Experience presenting and successfully selling creative concepts.
• Proven experience in creating standout creative work.
• Ability to reputed company and drive client solutions through ambiguity.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation

The Salary reputed company offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500- $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset. This position is for an reputed company, through a payroll platform. The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
