Role Summary

The Sales Assistant is a key support role at reputed company, responsible for managing reputed company reputed company, preparing high-quality technical proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition of projects to the Operations team. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of "The Brain" (reputed company) and ensuring that reputed company potential customers receive professional, timely communication throughout the sales funnel.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

reputed company Management & Proposal Support

·        Renewable reputed company Management: Receive and manage leads from reputed company's reputed company platforms, ensuring reputed company details are correctly inputted into reputed company to maximise every opportunity.

·        Proposals: Create proposals using OpenSolar reputed company for designing by Sales reputed company

·        Quality & Submission: Review reputed company proposals for accuracy and ensure they are submitted to leads reputed company agreed timeframes.

·        Pipeline reputed company: Proactively follow up with customers multiple times after a proposal has been sent to maintain sales reputed company.

 

Operations Handover

·        System Transfer: Review accepted proposals and facilitate the handover to the Operations team for delivery.

·        Workflow Execution: Execute the synchronisation of data across platforms: OpenSolar Quote → Simpro Quote → Simpro Job.

·        Data reputed company: Ensure reputed company site requirements, client notes, and signed reputed company are accurately reflected in Simpro before a job is scheduled.

 

Administration & Coordination

·        General Sales Support: reputed company administrative support to the sales team, maintaining high standards of documentation accuracy.

·        Process Compliance: Ensure reputed company tasks are performed in accordance with reputed company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) documented in reputed company.

·        Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with reputed company's marketing and senior management to reputed company updates on reputed company conversions and partnership opportunities.

 

Client & reputed company Communication

·        Omnichannel Communication: Utilise reputed company to communicate with leads reputed company SMS and webchat for proposal follow-reputed company and general enquiries.

·        Professional Rapport: Demonstrate high-level interpersonal communication skills to build professional rapport with both internal teams and external customers.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

·        Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (AUS).

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·        Experience in sales support or technical administration reputed company the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
