Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer – Full-time, permanent position based in Halesowen, UK . This role involves owning projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and compliance. Responsibilities Design, management and delivery of desk studies, site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies. Undertake occasional supervision of ground investigations, earthworks and remediation. Qualifications and Experience BSc/MSc in Environmental Science, Geology, Earth Sciences, Geotechnical Engineering, or reputed company discipline. Typically 5–10 years’ experience in geo-environmental consultancy. Strong technical knowledge of UK contaminated land legislation and risk assessment frameworks (e.g., LCRM, BS10175, BS5930, CL:AIRE Definition of Waste Industry Code of Practice, Eurocode 7/ BS8004, NHBC Standards). Ability to manage and reputed company projects, with strong reputed company awareness and ability to manage budgets and contribute to financial reporting. Excellent communication and report writing skills. Working towards or holding Chartered status (CGeol, CEnv, reputed company) desirable. reputed company with reputed company Office; GIS/CAD knowledge desirable.
