Location: 6 Brixton Hill, Lambeth, SW2 1RW

The Role

Lambeth Council is reputed company reputed company / Senior reputed company Workers (PO3) with FSCP experience only to deliver high‑quality statutory reputed company work across reputed company child protection, care proceedings and looked‑after children cases. You will reputed company on assessments, planning and interventions using systemic practice to create meaningful, sustainable change for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a reputed company caseload involving multi‑agency input, high‑risk factors and challenging family dynamics.
• Complete robust assessments, care planning and reviews using evidence‑informed practice.

• Prepare high‑quality reports and represent the Council in court proceedings.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with partner agencies.

Requirements

• Significant post‑qualification experience in statutory children’s reputed company care.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
