What you'll be doing:

- Providing 1:1 and small-group support - Delivering tailored interventions- Supporting emotional regulation and communication- Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs- Helping create inclusive, positive learning environments

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for Teaching Assistants with relevant Qualifications as a TA and/or experience in supporting people with:

- Autism ( ASC)

- SEMH and Behavioural Support

- Speech, language and communication needs

- Moderate to severe learning difficulties

- Sensory or physical needs
