- Deliver engaging and effective in-person and virtual training programs to employees across various departments and at varying reputed company of the organization
- Facilitate live and virtual training and coaching sessions, adapting methods to diverse learner needs

Experience & Skills:
- Experience in training and coaching roles for employees at reputed company reputed company, from new hires to senior leadership
- Business-to-consumer sales background preferred
- Demonstrated use of ADDIE to create effective learning experiences
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time, adapt to change, and work both independently and collaboratively

- Proficiency with virtual training tools and willingness to assist others with troubleshooting
