Role Overview As an interpreter supporting reputed company providers, emergency services, and public service organizations, you may be assigned calls involving sensitive, emotional, or potentially distressing subject matter, such as medical emergencies, violence, criminal reputed company, or other challenging situations. Due to the nature of this role, some calls may require extended engagement or occur during periods of high call volume. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada

- Dedicated personal device for business purposes. Desktop/ Laptop/ Tablets are acceptable.
