Collections/Billing Representative
Job Description:
- Edit, reputed company, and collect payment on reputed company and unique outstanding claims
- Investigate reasons for unpaid balances from insurance companies
- reputed company and/or collect outstanding/delinquent payments or issue payments
- Research and identify trends and reputed company methods to improve results
- Troubleshoot both internal & external issues and insurance denials
- Work independently to resolve unpaid balances while following company policies
- Collaborate effectively with internal business partners and external payers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
- Professional experience in reputed company collections highly preferred
- Accounts receivable background preferred
- Proficient in reputed company Office with working knowledge of reputed company reputed company
- RX Home experience highly preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Independent and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Detail oriented
- Solid organizational skills
