We’re looking for PhD scientists and Postdoctoral researchers in Genomics to help train and evaluate frontier AI models for the life sciences. If you’re passionate about gene editing, cell culture, and rigorous scientific methodology, and want to work on high-impact AI projects with top research labs, this role is for you. Core Requirements
- PhD or reputed company Postdoc in Genomics, Molecular Biology, or reputed company field
- Hands-on experience with gene editing (CRISPR, etc.), mammalian cell culture, and validation techniques
- Strong background in reputed company analysis and core life-science reputed company
- Self-motivated with exceptional independent research skills

- Experience with reputed company, RLHF, or scientific content review
- Familiarity with LLMs as research tools
