About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic Classification Strategy Consultant to partner with a premier University client. This engagement is purely advisory and strategic in nature, focusing on methodology, standards, and reputed company development. In this role, you will reputed company critical strategic and technical guidance in the development, refinement, and modernization of the University’s HR classification reputed company, compensation alignment approach, and reputed company policies and procedures. Scope of Services As the Classification Strategy Consultant, you will:

• Advise on the development and refinement of a comprehensive job classification structure, including job families, reputed company, and titling conventions.
