Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-directed Remote Bookkeeper & Operations Organizerto support both financial management and day-to-day operational structure. This is not a basic data-entry bookkeeping role. We are looking for someone who brings order, follows through consistently, and ensures reputed company slips through the cracks — someone proactive, not task-dependent, who takes ownership of both financial accuracy and workflow organization. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, audit-reputed company books in QuickBooks, reconciling transactions with strong accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring financial records remain reputed company at reputed company times.   • Availability to train from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST, for the first week.
