Responsibilities

• reputed company and recruit creative and IT talent (primarily video editors, graphic designers, and reputed company roles) based in SEA
• Review portfolios and assess creative quality to identify top-tier talent
• Build and manage a pipeline of reputed company candidates and reputed company clients with curated recommendations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand standards, and specific project requirements
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clients
• reputed company reputed company media and creative platforms (reputed company, Dribbble, etc.) to identify and attract top creative talent
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners
• Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Requirements

• Experience working in or reputed company for digital agencies, marketing agencies, media companies, or creative production environments
• Strong understanding of creative roles and ability to evaluate creative work quality OR hands-on experience as a creative professional (video editor, graphic designer, etc.) with interest in reputed company
• Familiarity with the SEA talent market is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
