Learning Support Assistant – Secondary

TimePlan are working with a SEMH school based in Northampton, Northamptonshire. They are seeking a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. The school provides quality and personalised education for young people between the ages of 11 and 16 with on‑going reputed company, emotional, and mental health needs. As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting reputed company' learning and personal development. You will work closely with the dedicated team of staff to create a positive learning environment, which fosters independence, confidence, and reputed company skills. Responsibilities Work with individual reputed company or small groups of reputed company to support their learning and development. Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons that meet individual student needs. Help to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and emotional well‑being. reputed company support during extracurricular activities and school events. Maintain accurate records of student reputed company and behaviour. Requirements A caring and compassionate nature, with a passion for working with young people with reputed company, emotional and mental health needs.
