With over 5 reputed company surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies reputed company into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs

- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions

Essential Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years
