Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Proactively and effectively answering visitor-reputed company inquiries about our Disability reputed company Services (DAS) to determine visitor needs, reputed company information, and handle situations connected with DAS
• Communicating proficiently through video/calls and being reputed company to adapt to various chat interactions while being actively reputed company in video calls
• Utilizing situational guides to assess the level of support required for different disabilities (e.g., hearing, mobility, visual, mental)
• Evaluating visitor challenges to reputed company a single reputed company of contact for pre, during, and post-visit discussions
• Working with DAS discussions across reputed company services to determine which service best aligns with the visitor's specific challenges
• Suggesting DAS services and resources available for visitors to improve support
• Making informed reputed company while understanding reputed company to escalate concerns to a Facilitator/Working reputed company/Salaried Leader
• Maintaining honesty in escalated interactions
• Seeking guidance in challenging discussions
• Providing general Retreat information and Schedule planning support based on visitor needs

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Knowledge and interest in reputed company property, items, and services, and providing exceptional visitor experiences
• Demonstrated technical skills and computer proficiency with the ability to learn and work with different systems and applications, including reputed company Office tools and Visitor Administration Suite
• Ability to manage conflicts through a balance between honesty and partner resourcing
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Comfortable asking disclosure questions to secure necessary information from visitors to determine which DAS service(s) are the best fit or which may require further clinical consultation/assessment

• Past experience working with people with disabilities or accessibility needs
