What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exquisite, personalized service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll use your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help these exclusive customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment. A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
- Conduct research to reputed company answers for customers to resolve their issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

What You Bring to the Role
