What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exquisite, personalized service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll use your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help these exclusive customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment. Your passion for high-end fashion and your ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues will reputed company you a valuable asset to reputed company.

A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries

  • Conduct research to reputed company answers for customers to resolve their issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

What You Bring to the Role

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A reliable computer, high-speed internet (at least 15 Mbps), and a smartphone or tablet for daily log-in
  • A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for clear and professional communication
