Job Summary

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling inbound calls regarding their insurance policies. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company policy information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies

  • Assist customers with policy coverage, billing, and modification inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid Indiana driver's license (if applicable)

  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must have a reliable internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
