Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

  • Minimum one year of Call Center experience required
  • Helpful, friendly customer service experience is required
  • Ability to talk on the phone and navigate a computer at the same time
