The Role
As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, providing personalized service that exceeds their expectations. Your role will involve:
- Welcoming and providing reputed company to our Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building loyalty and enthusiasm for the arenaflex brand
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
- Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every Card Member
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and personalized experience for our customers
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, using this knowledge to tailor recommendations and solutions for our Card Members
- Utilize technology platforms to reputed company efficient and effective service, including reservation systems and concierge tools
- Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, remaining flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage of our lounge
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
- A passion for delivering proactive solutions, anticipating and meeting the needs of our Card Members
- Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
