Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients and visitors. You will handle a variety of administrative duties while ensuring that our reception area operates smoothly and professionally. Your role will include answering and routing calls, managing appointments, maintaining records, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and reputed company calls: Take messages, transfer calls, and manage incoming inquiries professionally and reputed company.

  • Administrative support: Schedule appointments, manage mail and packages, maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Reception area management: reputed company the reputed company desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at reputed company times.
  • Customer service: reputed company exceptional service to clients and visitors, assisting with inquiries and addressing needs.
  • Additional duties: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a receptionist, customer service, or similar administrative role.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable with reputed company Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
