Job Overview
As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. This role requires reputed company collaboration with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to ensure seamless project execution, issue resolution, and goal achievement. While this position is remote, you'll need to be located in Alaska to ensure compliance with reputed company's requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As an e-File Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned by your supervisor
- Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals

Qualifications
