Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our reputed company clients
• Performing credentialing-reputed company tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
• Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
• Verifying information provided to our client by reputed company-party entities using online databases to cross-reputed company details
• Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-reputed company role (a plus, but not required)
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent reputed company of the English language
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to support a work-from-home setup
• Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
