Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our reputed company teams, providing exceptional customer experiences and support for individuals navigating the health insurance market. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences consistently, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance on health insurance plans and enrollment processes
  • Enter application data accurately and reputed company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Respond to online chat inquiries and reputed company support reputed company phone and email
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams

Essential Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and reputed company-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • Completion of a background reputed company and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired Ethernet reputed company required (mobile internet service providers and satellite not compatible)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish bilingual, a plus

Compensation Details

* reputed company pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish bilingual reputed company pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish bilingual enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
